Children's Art

To give you a good perspective on what children's perspective of the Sun is like, you need only to look at their art. Some children see the Sun merely as a glowing ball in the sky while others see it as a smiling face; still others perceptions take on more abstract views.

On this page we would like to give you a sample of how some children view the Sun. These pictures were all made by children ages 3-12 during our "Paint the Sun Day" hosted at Sampson Christian School in Alaska, and used with permission by our talented artists. If you have any "Sun Art" we would be more than willing to put it up on our site if you will send it to us.
