Welcome to the Music Magic Online Piano Tutor.
This area will give you an introduction to learning how to play the piano, read basic notes,
and learn basic rhythm. Use this as a starting point, but by no means use this as your sole
source of learning music, especially if you're serious about it. There are certain restrictions,
such as posture, dynamics and general musical style that cannot be overcome with teaching music
through the computer. Restrictions on the web have further hindered some very important
aspects of music that must be looked into with a live teacher.
This comglomerate of lessons is targeted for beginning students - those who have had no experience with music or the piano at all. These lessons will go no further than the beginning-intermediate level. However, it may be helpful (and fun) for other, more advanced students to brush up on their music theory and maybe even their sight reading skills. These lessons are not comprehensive and will only deal with the treble clef.
