The Advanced Placement Biology Development Committee has devised a thematic approach to studying biology.

The Eight Themes

The committee has divided each of the above themes into three major categories:

• Heredity and Evolution
• Organisms and Populations

Our study will use this same format so that on the Advanced Placement exam, you will be prepared for anything that might appear. We hope that this Web site proves to be a helpful tool in your preparation for the AP Biology exam.
