- Jehovah Witnesses were restricted from civil service occupations. Many were also arrested throughout the country.
SEPTEMBER
- Nuremberg Laws passed to change the Jews' citizenship status from citizens to aliens.
- Legislations passed prohibiting intermarriage between Germans and Jews making it a criminal offense.
- Jewish officials were forced into compulsory retirements.
