Serving Size

The serving size on the label used to be decided by the manufacturer. Now, the FDA has set standards for how much a serving is. Their definition of a serving is about how much you would probably want to eat at one time. Be forewarned, though. Sometimes, a serving is less than you want to eat. Keep that in mind when you are reading the Nutrition Facts.
