How to increase exercise |
|

|
- Walk whenever possible.
- Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
- Put an exercise bike in front of the television.
- Get involved in the sports you find most enjoyable.
- Get atleast a half hour of moderate physical activity most days of the week.
