Believe it or not, some people eat no fruit whatsoever. This can be a big problem, considering that fruit not only tastes great, but supplies essential fiber and nutrients. Try substituting fruit for a candy bar or a cupcake. You won’t lose much, but you’ll gain a lot.

Get 2-4 servings of fruit daily. Try eating fruit as a snack, or baking it and having it for dessert.
