These are the tasty treats that, if eaten in excess, can cause many health problems, including obesity and malnutrition.

Eat foods from this group sparingly. Do not have more than 30% of you calories from fat, with less than 10% of your calories from saturated fat. Take care not to consume more than 300mg of cholesterol a day (one egg yolk has 225 mg!)
