Dairy Group

The dairy group is an American favorite, but don’t overconsume it. Milk products are a great source of calcium, which is especially important for growing kids and teens. It can also be high in fat, so make sure to opt for the reduced fat variety.

Eat a moderate amount of dairy each day. Have from 2-3 servings, with a 8oz. glass of milk counting as a serving. Teens should have more (3-4 servings).
