someone who was born in Brooklyn (and still have family there), I am very
pleased to hear about the work you are doing with the high school children.
I also work with special populations, here in Rio Grande, Texas, and I
believe that it is not what you have but what you do with what you have that
really matters. Your students certainly demonstrate that is true.

hesitation is that we are focused only on birth to 8 year olds, and do not
provide school age information. But perhaps the time has come to change
