Hi Steve!

Thanks for the note! I'm adding your page to our Resources section.

It's a great project -- and hey, I didn't know that the Mona Lisa was a self-portrait so I learned something really interesting!

Good luck with the project!

Ronnie's Rock 'N' Rollin'
Website Award

Date: Sat, 13 Feb 1999 07:54:32 GMT
From: jumpin@cwcom.net
To: sjfeld@erols.com

Congratulations! Your Web site has been selected to win 'Ronnies Rock 'N' Rollin' Website Award'. This award signifies that your site contains quality content and has skillful design. Your site has been chosen by me, Ronnie, to be a Rock 'N' Rollin' site.

What is the purpose of this award?
It is to signify that your site has been judged to contain quality content, design and/or HTML expertise. By displaying the award on your site, you are notifying your visitors that your site is among the best of the Web. For only the best have a chance to win such a prestigious award. I make sure that this is so, by carefully checking every nominated page.

What is my reason for having an awards site?
To give credit where it's due. I know and you probably know that it takes a lot of time and effort to create a quality site. For this reason, I feel everyone who has achieved their goal of maintaining an overall site deserves at least a badge of honour. The badge of honour I have to offer is the 'Ronnies Rock 'N' Rollin' Website Award. If you find that it has no meaning, it is just a graphic that someone created, then by all means, don't put it on your site. For those who appreciate the award, I am honored to present it to you.

Nice Job !
We have recently taken a tour of your web site and feel that your site meets the criteria of the Web Author's Choice Award...Congratulations!

In addition to content, design, ease of navigation, your site is viewed with several different browsers as well as 2 or 3 different sized monitors. Often, web sites look very different depending on which browser and/or monitor you are utilizing. We also view with browsers that have the "compressed graphics" feature on, which sometimes will show what may appear to be great graphics, to appear very distorted in some browsers...America on-line for example, has their browser (IE Explorer 3.01 & 4.0) set this way by default, whereas Netscape from what we can tell, does not. Your site in particular is very well thought out, informative and very navigable. A definite "Bookmark" on our system!
