Software

This web page was developed using the Linux operating system, the best free OS in the known universe.

Several pictures (including the background) were developed using GIMP, a graphic editor that is on its way to being one of the best.

Of course, we have to thank the people at Netscape for Netscape Communicator. They have, by far, the best web browser, and they make a great number of UNIX (including Linux) versions of their software (which we can't say about their competitor). All of the graphical pages on this site were tested with Netscape Communicator 4.01 for Linux.

Though not as pretty, Lynx is the best (and perhaps only) text based Web browser. All of the text only pages on this site were tested with Lynx.

Other Stuff

We have to thank the people at ThinkQuest for providing us with server space and the opportunity to put up this web site.
