You will plan therapeutic diets and menus for hospital patients, restaurants etc. You may also be hired as a consultant for government agencies, private companies etc. in the area of food selection and nutrition.

WHAT YOU NEED:

To become a dietitian, you will need a bachelor's degree in dietetics, nutrition or some other science that is related to food. Usually employers provide training courses and supervised training. Certification is required.
