WHAT YOU NEED:
Most industrial engineers are university graduates with a degree in engineering. A few have diplomas in industrial engineering from community colleges or institutes of technology. CO-OP programs are available at all levels. With two years of employment experience, graduates of accredited university engineering programs may apply to register with a professional engineering association. This field often provides early advancement into management positions.
