DRAFTSPERSON

As a draftsperson, you will work from notes, sketches, and calculations and other data to prepare detailed drawings for construction, engineering, and manufacturing projects. You will use conventional ways to produce drawings, however most of you work will be done using CAD drawing systems.

WHAT YOU NEED:

To become a draftsperson, you need to complete high school and have a college drafting diploma. You must also have a drafting apprenticeship or several years experience in a field related to drafting.

SALARY:
$35,000 to $37,000
