As a shipper/receiver, you will be responsible for keeping track of parcels or packages that are being shipped to and from either a factory, warehouse or storage facility. You will record received goods, pack, unpack, load, unload and inspect all packages for any damages. You may also operate such equipment as forklifts to move goods into storage areas or computerized inventory systems.

WHAT YOU NEED:

To become a shipper/receiver, you should complete high school and have some experience working in the shipping field.
