PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT

As a personnel manager, you will organize employee and information sessions and develop programs that can help train your employees. You will classify jobs and decide on the wages and benefits it falls under. You will also help employees with any problems or concerns they may have.

WHAT YOU NEED:

To become a personnel manager, you will need a university degree in business administration, industrial relations or a field similar to these. You may also take a professional development program in personnel administration that will help train you to deal with problems or concerns that employees may have. Experience as a personnel officer is an asset.

SALARY:
$48,000 to $50,000
