As an interior designer, you will be responsible for developing plans used in offices, public buildings, homes and other buildings. You will prepare detailed sketches and three dimensional models showing various arrangement of walls, lighting conditions, estimate costs and amounts of materials that will be needed.

WHAT YOU NEED:

To become an interior designer, you will require a university degree or college diploma in interior or architectural design, plus work experience in interior design and a portfolio.
