Wall of Remembrance The Holocaust: A Tragic Legacy. Produced for the ThinkQuest Competition

"The Wall of Remembrance" is an exhibit at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington DC. It consist of 3,000 ceramic tiles made by students from accross the United States as a memorial to the victims of the Holocaust. The students expressed their thoughts and feelings about the Holocaust through their art. " I thought it should be forgotten but my friends opened my eyes," and "Hope lives when people remember" were written on the tiles made by the students. "You can't erase memories" is under a drawing of a forearm with a tattooed number.
