all about me First, some background information. I was born on May 26, 1979 in Pittsburgh, PA. We moved to Tucson when I was seven and we have lived here ever since. I plan to attend the California Institute of Technology this fall and not major in biology.

Like Martin and Josh, I graduated from Canyon del Oro HS this year, much to everyone's surprise. Aside from making web pages, my extracurricular activities included varsity tennis, National Honor Society, Odyssey of the Mind, Science Olympiad, piano, and making a fool of myself at various social gatherings. In addition, our family has a computer business that I help operate during my idle moments.

I started playing around with web pages last July. I saw some personal home pages and I thought it would be neat if I could make one for myself. I learned everything I could about writing HTML and making graphics. One thing lead to another, and I eventually worked on the CDO High School page as a member of the Internet Club. Just before winter break (I think), Mr. Yetman told us about the ThinkQuest competition. I decided to participate because I enjoy making web pages. And because they're giving away a lot of money, which I could certainly use.

My responsibilities for this project included (among other things) site design, research, graphics, and pestering Martin. (He's usually nowhere to be found when there's work to be done.) In case you're interested, no HTML editors were used, and the graphics were created and modified using Adobe Photoshop 4.0.

I am the most important member of the team because unlike the other two guys, I actually get stuff done. Well, sometimes.
