Avogadro was born on August 9, 1776 and died on July 9, 1856. Avogadro was born to a family of ecclesiastical lawyers, and he recieved his doctorate on ecclesiastical law in 1796. Avogadro made constant use of a mathematical approach and can be regarded as on of the founders of physical chemistry.
