Egg Rolls

Cooking Instructions
Note!!!: Be very careful, the oil is hot and may
cause great bodily harm if caution is not exercised.
STEP 1:
- In a large bowl, place the Meat and Group 1 ingredients
together and mix.
- Place some Oil (Corn, Olive, etc.) in a pan until it is hot.
- Put in the Meat and Group 1 ingredient mixture into the
pan until cooked.
- In a clean bowl, place the cooked material.
STEP 2:
- Next, boil some water in a pot.
- When boiled, place Bean Sprouts and Carrots in boiling
water for 10 minutes to bleach.
- Take out the vegetables and drain, when cooled, squeeze out the remaining
water.
- Take the Bean Sprouts and Carrot combination and mix
with the Meat and Group 1 mixture and the Group 2 ingredients.
(Stuffing)
STEP 3:
- Take out the Egg Roll Skin. They should be round.
- Mix the Group 3 ingredients in a small bowl, this will be the
adhesive to keep the egg roll together.
- On a semi-circle circumference (outside edge of the skin) place the
Group 3 adhesive.
- In the center of the skin, place a cylindrical shaped portion of the
Stuffing, but don't place it all the way to the edge, leave some
space.
- Roll up the skin until only half of the skin is left un-rolled. Only
the side that the adhesive was placed will be showing.
- Fold up the edges next to the Stuffing, to seal up the egg roll.
- Finally, roll up the rest of the skin until the egg roll is a cylindircal
shape.
- Continue until all the egg rolls you plan to make are finished.
If you are not going to cook the egg rols right away, place in a refrigerator.
STEP 4:
- In a cooking pot, place some Oil (Corn, Olive, etc.) just enough to
cover the over the eggrolls when placed in the pot.
- Heat on High the oil until it boils when ingredients are placed in
the pot.
- When the oil is ready, turn the heat on Medium.
- Place the egg rolls in the oil slowly, and cook them for 4 minutes
or unitl they are a golden brown.
Take the egg rolls out and let them cool. Be careful when eating, they
can be very hot and ENJOY!
