The monks of the Shaolin Temple were known to the Chinese, and now the rest of the world, to one of the most deadliest fighters. The monks trained in Kung Fu and studied the Buddhist philosophy which only allowed them to fight when they needed to. Now, there are still temples that have practicing monks, but are not what they use to be.
