Testing to see if Java works.

If your browser is not Java-compatible, then the chat will not work. Here is a simple test to see if your browser is Java-compatible.

1. Take the Java Compatibility Test.
2. Then see which of the following messages appeared on your screen.
   • If you saw a button that says, "Java Enabled (Click to Go Back)," Java works on your computer.
     
   • If you saw a message, "Sorry, your browser is not Java-compatible. To remedy this problem, look at the section labeled, Getting Java to work on your computer. Go Back." then read the next section.
