Neck Stretch

works your frontal and posterior neck

Starting Position - Stand up straight. Put your hands on your hips, legs spread apart in line with your elbows.

The Move - Stretch your neck by bending your head toward the floor. Next, raise your chin so that you feel the front of your neck stretching. Move neck down back to starting position.




Lateral Neck Stretch

Starting Position - Stand up straight. Put you hands on your hips, legs spread apart in line with your elbows.

The Move - Stretch your head to the right as if you are trying to touch your ear to your shoulder.

Next repeat move by stretch your head to the left trying to touch your ear to your shoulder.

Repeat six to eight times.
