Ingredients

5-10 ice cubes
1 apple
1 orange
5 strawberries
1 banana
(Whatever types of fruits you may enjoy)
2 cups of water
1 to 1/2 cup of sugar

Instructions

Add fruits, ice, water, blend and add sugar to taste,less sugar is best.
