Weight lifting, crunches, power walking 5 miles a day is my routine. And gaining muscle burns up to 300 calories more a day than your initial burn. I am living a healthy lifestyle, burning 1-2 pounds of body fat a week. Eliminating fats, sweets, sodas, and too much of foods has helped me to do this. I eat whatever I want but in small portions and as you exercise and burn calories your stomach will shrink and you won't want to eat as much food anymore.

This is true, and anyone who wants a quick fix you will not get it, you have to work hard to get a healthy body. Just because somebody is skinny it does not mean they are healthy.
