Really good shake

Ingredients

2 cups milk
1/2 tbs vanilla extract
4 tbs choclate syrup or mix
2 medium bananas
5 cubes ice
1 capsul vitamin E (optional)

Instructions
-----------------
Add milk, vanilla, bananas, choclate, and ice into a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy
For an extra dose of energy in your shake, poke a hole in a capsule of vitamin E and squeeze into shake along with other ingredients! (Serves 4)
