Ingredients

1 skinless chicken breast
1 can of tomato past
1 backed potatoe with low fat sour cream

Instructions
-----------------
cook the chicken with the tomato past over top and add a little salt and pepper, and curry. bake the potatoe and lightly margerine and add little sour cream. serve with white wine or flavoured water.
