Tasty Tostado Salad

Ingredients
-----------------
Any Mexican restaurant style tostado chips (low fat)
chopped lettuce
cubed tomatoes
black olives
cooked meat of your choice (ground beef tastes best, but chopped chicken works, too)
avacodo
red kidney beans
little shreaded cheese if ya' like
and last but not least, Thousand Island dressing

Instructions
-----------------
Toss with your hands (make sure you get the chips all crunched up) and serve cold. Yummy!
