Ingredients
-----------------12 hard boiled eggs


Instructions
-----------------Peel the 12 hard boiled eggs.
Cut each egg into two halves and remove the yellow part. Now enjoy the white part with some salt on it or along with a glass of skimmed milk. You can carry this to the gymn and have it immmediately after your workout. That's the best way to gain muscles.
