Ingredients

10 ice cubes
1/2 cup milk
1 cup water
1/2 tablespoon vanilla
6 ounces (1/2 or 1/3 carboard thing) Orange Juice
1 cup sugar

Instructions
-----------------
Put all ingredients in blender until creamy. Drink.
Makes a wonderful low-fat substitute for a shake.
