Ingredients1 egg, 1 cod steak, 1/3 of a cup of prawns.

Flake up the cod and mix with the prawns and egg to bind them together. Grill for ten minutes and serve with parsley, rice and peas. A quick and easy meal that is very healthy and tasty.
