Ingredients

500grams (1lb) tubular spagetti
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 rasher of Bacon (fine diced)
1 small hot chilly (fine diced)
1 Onion (fine chopped/sliced)
1 clove Garlic (fine diced)
750 grams (1.5 lb) tomato paste
1 Teaspoon parmesan cheese
Instructions

STEP... 1 .......(start step 2 @ same time)
Heat Oil in saucepan,
Satute Onion, Garlic & Chilli (fry 2 minutes)
Add chopped Bacon (fry 5 minutes)
Add tomato paste (Simmer 10 minutes,low heat & stir)
STEP...2
Fill Separate saucepan boiling water (+3 teaspoon salt)
Boil spagetti for 10~12 minutes (till slightly soft)
Drain water from spagetti, shake, (mix with sauce mixture)
Serve on plate (add sprinkle cheese on top)
Eat 12 hours before major event
