Ingredients

5 baby corn
3 small capsicum (green,red & yellow)
2 small carrots
1/2 cup button mushrooms
1/4 cauliflower
2 stock of celery
1 big tomatoe
4 table spoon of oyster saucce
2 garlic
1 small onion
Chicken pieces and prawns

Garnish
spring onions
red chillis

Instructions

Cut all vegetables. fry the garlic, onions together and
add in the chicken/prawns (slightly cooked) vegetables (fry for few minutes) add in the
oyster sauce and let it simmer for few minutes.
Dish out and garnish with spring onions and red chillis. Served it hot with rice.
