Ingredients

2 nectarines, pitted and cut into wedges
1/2 pint strawberries, hulled and halved
2 plums, pitted and cut into wedges
juice oc 1/2 lemon
granulated sugar, optional

Instructions

in a bowl combine fruit. sprinkle with lemon juice and
gently toss. sprinkle with sugar if needed.

Nutrition: calories 65, protein 1 gm, fat .65 gm,
carbohydrate 15 gm, sodium .43 mg, cholesterol 0 mg,
saturated fat .01 gm, fiber 3 gm.
