Ingredients

1 cup of Cheerios, 1\2 cup of 1% milk, 2 slices of whole wheat toast, orange juice, and 3\4 cup of pasta.

Instructions

This may sound like a wierd breakfast, but I found that this realy gets me ready for a long game of soccer. Take this mix 1-2 hours before a game or before hard exercise. This will keep you going with energy to spar. The day before, it is best if you have a whole wheat peanutbutter sandwich for lunch and pasta for dinner. This will keep your energy for the next day. Also, REMEMBER, to get at least 9 hours of sleep. This will keep help you alot. Peace!!!!!!!!!
