Ingredients

1/2 cup ic cubes
1 cup unsweetend pineapple juice
1/2 cup low fat yogurt or 1% milk
1/2 cup fruit (pineapple, melon, or your choice

Instructions

Put all ingredients in blender container, cover and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve. Alternate cubes of fruit on a wooden skewer and place in drink.

Yield: 1 serving, calories 250, cholesterol 7 mg, fat 2g
