ok I want to lose massive pounds I'm not fat and I don't look bad but my legs used to be really strong but now they are getting flabbey. and I need a motivation to make me get up because lately I have been tired and kind of depressed and I always feel guilty when I eat, even if it is something good. plus I want my arms to be more stronger, but not look to um... manly or muscular I just don't want them to be flabbey. Oh ya my tummy has gotten sooooo huge (well compared to what it used to be.)
What I am trying to say is that I want an easy work out that I can do and also see if I can change my matabolizum (I didn't spell that right.)
