Try running or generally trying to get fit. Think about how fit and good looking you will become :-)
Soon enough you will realise the damage it is doing to you. Mind you, don't feel that you MUST give up smoking, it is a choice, your choice. Above all be kind to yourself when you give in to the temptation and think of it as a temporary slip up. Keep knocking and the door will open!
