I am a procrastinator BIG TIME and I really have trouble getting started. But now I am a health nut!! I know it's hard to start a physical routtine on your own, I couldn't. But being in track in my highschool and being in Karate helped me to get the excercises and the motivation to do it on my own. Do things you enjoy. I run, canoe, walk, swim, or bike every day. Try joining a fitness program around where you live. I highly recommend Yoga, Karate, or Tai-Chi.
