Followup re Svetlana Varevac. Hello. Try to include this
simple motion in your routine many times a day. Stand up
straight, place your arms behind you with the palms out
and your fingers against the middle of your back. Lean
back as far as you can and slowly straighten up. Another
exercise that you can do in your free time is to lie on
the floor, face down. Place your hands, palm down, under
your shoulders and raise yourself up, completely relaxing
your torso from the waist down. The relaxation is impor-
tant. you will feel this in the middle of your back. If
you have a stationary bike, riding this will also help.
