OK - This is isometric exercise - This will help with
turning those fat cells to healthy fiber in 14 days.
Trust me - I do it regularly. When you getup in the
morning - in bed - take deep breaths for 2 minutes -
in out - in out. Then take deep breath and holding this breath - keeping your head flat - NOT on pillow - Back straight - hands on side - Raise your
both the legs - locked at knees - to 45 degrees -
Stay at that position for 14 seconds - count 14.
That's it. Do it once a day - within 14 days you will
