I don't know much about the chemical you are talking about, but i do work out frequently. The chemical is probably made to give you lots of complex carbohydrates - energy that you can use. This alone will not give you big muscles though. In general, big muscles are usually achieved by doing lots of reps lifting medium weights. Doing just a couple reps with a weight that you can barely move will not build your muscles and is more likely to get you injured.
So you should get lots of complex carbohydrates and work on doing lots of repititions with weights. Increase the weight slowly, but only when you are sure you should move on - maybe every two weeks or so. Have fun!
: i would like to know more about chromium picolinate. a friend of mine introduced this to me, he told me that if i want to build bigger muscles while working out i have to take health medicines with chrom. i am now taking prochrome with 200mcg. made by pro performance, distributed by general nutrition center. also, i would like to know what is the fastest way to build bigger muscles.
