My waist-hip measurements are 26-35, i'm 15, i weigh 112 pounds and is 160cm tall.
Ok i've just started exercising.... I rollerblade for about an hour everyday, swim an hour, jog 30 minutes and skipping rope too, i play tennis every wednesday for one hour, And visit the gym twice a week
Those exercises are not done in a high intensive way, like i swim for 200 metres and rest for about 2 minutes and continue, and for rollerblading i don't go too fast.
I'm already trying to make myself eat more low fat high fibre food.
Am i doing well?
Is it possible for me to become 24-32 and weigh 107 pounds within 2-3 weeks?
