Top of the day to you all!
I am currently taking a dietry supplement called Calorade. in addition to taking the supplement I run 1.5 mile in 12:05, I do 80 reps on my left, right and on my back on my abe roller and 3 reps of 10 push ups.
Is this a workout that will give me adequate results?
