Try and make breakfast your biggest meal of the day.
That way, your body has more time to break down and
use the food. Eating before bed is the worst time for your body because
food gets eaasily converted to fat while the body is at rest. Also try and
drink at least 8 glasses of water each day. As long as you're eating because
you're hungry, and for no other reason, don't worry about the amount of food you consume
teenage boys have large appetites. You're growing. Don't trip. Maybe gey
into some sports, or just regular exercise. (Crunches work!)
