I am also a teen and I exercise daily. I usually have a lot of things
to do on a daily basis but I find time to exercise. I can give you a few suggestions:
- Get up early during school days and run or jog around
your block a few times, then go home and shower, get ready for school.
You will feel refreshed, your day will seem to go by easily
and you will have had some time to clear your thoughts, and
kind of meditate. (Only if your neighborhood is safe!)
- Each night before you go to bed, do a series of exercises,
try to get a full- body work out. Listen to some energizing
music while you exercise.
- If those don't work for you, maybe you could join a sports
