I also need to gain wieght for hockey. I am working out. But the key is in what you eat. For breakfast I am having a bowl of cereal, and then a shake with two bannanas, 1 cup of yogurt, 1 cup of whole milk, two scoops of orange concentrate and 1 egg. For lunch I have past, supper whatever, and before bed I have another shake but I put 3 scoops of ice cream in the shake instead of and egge. Good luck. I gained 10 pounds in the first week
