Hey, I've been there before. The only way I stopped is when I got acrlyic nails put on me. They are really hard and durable. After having them on for a while, I forgot about nawing on my nails anymore. Plus, I saw how nice they looked not all chewed up, and that motivated me to stop all the more :) I hope you take my advose...it works!
